World Heath Day 2021

As we all start to think about life after lockdown, we may be aware that we have fallen into bad habits or let things slide over the last year and that's OK.

The last year has been difficult for everyone and we have all had to change and adapt to this new way of living, so for World Health Day we have put the focus on mindfulness and small changes that we can all make to improve our overall health.

We have a guided meditation class for you, where Dora will show you how easy it is to incorporate meditation into your daily life.

We also have a 10k step challenge where we are encouraging everyone to get moving, whether you walk, jog, run or skip we want to hear from you!

We have also put together some easy to implement lifestyle changes that will make you feel healthier and happier.
