Join Chef Olivia for another fun interactive cookalong.For this event you will need to prepare the following ingredients (dont worry if you cant find some):Samosa filling250 g potatoes100 g peas (frozen will work)1 tbsp any flavourless oil2 tsp whole cumin seeds1 large onion finely diced3 hot green chillies finely chopped2 1/2 cm piece fresh ginger peeled and grated1 tsp ground turmeric2 tsp lime zest1 tsp ground coriander seeds1 1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped1 pack store bought puff pastry1 egg Mango Chutney200g sugar120ml white vinegar3 mangos diced½ onion chopped1 thumb ginger minced1 garlic clove minced½ tsp mustard seeds¼ tsp red chilli pepper flakes½ tsp cardamom1 lime juiced and zested
