提前预订往返Chapter学生公寓的接送机服务。我们在机场等候欢迎您，以确保您能快速安全的到达Chapter公寓。我们也为您的亲朋好友提供贴心的机场接送服务。如果您是单独旅行并且携带很多行李，我们可以为您提供VIP服务。在您选择所需接机车型时，请注意以下条件：轿车 — 3名乘客，2件行李及2件手提行李旅行车 — 4名乘客，4件行李及2件手提行李商务车 — 4名乘客，4件行李及4件手提行李请注意：由于处于服务需求高峰期，该项服务需要至少提前24小时下单，方可有效。

Where will the driver meet me?
For Airport Pick ups
- Your driver will be waiting for you inside the airport terminal 30 minutes after your flight lands. The next 30 minutes of waiting and parking charges are already included in the price quoted to you. Your driver will be holding up our meet and greet name board with your name on it so you can easily recognise them.
Depending on which Airport/Terminal you arrive in, we will inform you of a specific pick up point once your booking has been confirmed.
For Airport Drop offs
- Your driver will be waiting for you outside your building entrance, 4 hours before your flight departure time so we can aim to get you to the Airport 3 hours prior to your flight departure.
If you would like to change this time, please let us know, however we will not accept any liability for any delays to your journey.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Don't worry, your driver will always monitor your flight time and will only arrive at the airport 30 minutes after your flight lands, no matter how delayed your flight is!
What's included in my Aiport transfer?
Your price includes your private transfer, as well as 1 hour waiting and parking charges which start from when your flight lands.
After 1 hour of your flight landing, a small charge of £9.00 applies for each additional half hour that the driver needs to wait. Most passengers come out of the baggage hall within 30-50 minutes after the flight lands. If you feel you may take longer to come out of the baggage hall please let us know and we can delay our driver entering the airport terminal and therefore extend the waiting period at no extra cost.
What if i can't find my driver?
We understand that it can be difficult to find people in Airports, but don't panic! In case you cannot see your driver please call our office on +44 (0)20 8900 5555 or from any payphone on our toll free number 0800 052 4360 and we will find your driver and send them over to you.
What are the different types of vehicles you offer?
Customise your journey with a number of different vehicle options (please note additional charges may apply):
- 3x Passengers and 2x Suitcases and 2x Hand Luggage
- 4x Passengers and 3x Suitcases and 3x Hand Luggage
- 4x Passengers and 4x Suitcases and 4x Hand Luggage
We also offer 8 seater vehicles and a VIP limousine service, simply get in touch for more details.
What if I need to book at short notice?
To guarantee your transfer, we require all bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance. We can sometimes accommodate bookings at short notice, however please call us first on

or send us a message via our App messaging service.
What if my payment card does not go through?
If you have issues paying by card, no problem, we can also accept payment via PayPal (please note a small surcharge may apply). Should you wish to pay by this method, please let us know so we can send you an invoice. Please note your booking is not confirmed until your payment clears and you receive written confirmation from us.
What are your cancellation charges?
24hrs before your booking or No shows - 100% charge will apply
48hrs before your booking - 50% charge will apply
More than 48hrs before your booking - A £10 admin charge will apply
