WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH I WANT TO STORE?
No problem, just take your best guess – you can add and remove items as much as you like up to 10am the working day before your collection.
If you do send in a different number of items than you have selected in your order we will amend your price plan as we process your order in our storage facility.
WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW HOW LONG I WANT TO STORE FOR?
If you’re not sure how long you need to store for, no problem, just select our '1 Month Pay As You Store' when you are asked about your storage length and you will pay the same amount each month until you decide to recall your belongings.
WILL YOU OPEN MY BOXES?
No! However we want your belongings to be safe just as much as you do, and keeping them sealed is part of that plan. We may need to open a box if we believe that there’s a risk of damage to your things, of injury to one of our team, or if we suspect the items stored are in breach of our Terms and Conditions.
We may also open an item to repackage it if there is excess weight, inappropriate packing, or if you use your own boxes and they come apart in transit.
