How We Can Help

Parcel deliveries

We will deliver your parcels from our parcel area and leave them outside your door.

Food deliveries

If you are ordering food from a supermarket or takeaway, we will provide access to the delivery driver to leave the items outside your door. 

Waste removal

Our team will collect your waste from outside your door. Please complete your Self-Isolation Support request to see your Chapter’s waste removal schedule. 

Laundry credit

Our team will collect and deliver your laundry outside your door (2x loads - maximum £40 credit).

Please note, only mattress protectors are provided in Chapter rooms, so please ensure you have arranged bedding before your arrival. You can order a bedding pack to be delivered to your room HERE

During the period of self-isolation, our Community Team will be on hand at all times to support you. We can support with delivering any parcels directly outside your door, or if you have groceries delivered, we will accompany the delivery driver, allowing them to deliver them directly outside your door. We will do our best to help you through this challenging time.
