PRICING

Prices start from as low as £3.75 per box per month; our lowest rates are available if you store more boxes, or commit to a longer storage period. If you know how long you’d like to store your things for, then you can take advantage of our lower rates by choosing a ‘Longer-Term Price Plan’ and committing to a certain period of time. If you choose this option, you’ll be required to pay for the whole time you’ve reserved in our warehouse, even if you take something out of storage. To stay longer than your committed time, you can just sign up to another plan or revert to our monthly pay-as-you-store rates. If you are not sure how long you need to store your belongings, you can ‘pay-as-you-store’.  Simply select 1 month when you are placing your order, and you will pay the same amount each month until you decide to have your belongings redelivered. 

Your storage costs will be charged each month in advance and payment will be taken from your payment card associated with your account. Ther storage costs start from the day we collect your items, and then monthly on this date each month.

If you are storing for longer than 6 months you can pay upfront for the whole of your length of storage with us at a 5% discount, and at the end of your committed time, you can just sign up to another plan or revert to our monthly pay-as-you-store rates.

Optional extra's will be payable when completing your order and these will be charged upfront. 

To receive the benefit of lower monthly storage costs, you will need to commit to one of our Longer Term Monthly Price Plans. If you are not sure how long you need to store your belongings, you can ‘pay-as-you-store’. Simply select 1 month when you are placing your order, and you will pay the same amount each month until you decide to request your belongings back.

Our standard return delivery (7am-6pm) starts from £5.95 per item. Discounts do not apply to return fees. Please book your return dates by logging into your online account on the website. 

If your items are being delivered to a location greater than 80 miles than where it was collected from, an additional charge of £5 per item applies.

You can ask for your boxes back at any time during the month, but a full month’s storage will be payable for partial months. The minimum storage period you can reserve is 1 month, so even if you store for a couple of extra days or weeks, you will pay for a full month. For example, as payment for your storage is taken monthly and in advance, if you request your boxes back after your monthly payment date, there will be no refund for the remainder of that month.

If you signed up to a Longer Term Price Plan for your storage, then you’ll pay the same amount each month until the end of the plan; even if you take something out, you’ll need to pay for the space you’ve reserved for the full period.
