Parcel deliveries
We will deliver your parcels from our parcel area and leave them outside your door.
Food deliveries
If you are ordering food from a supermarket or takeaway, we will provide access to the delivery driver to leave the items outside your door.
Waste removal
Our team will collect your waste from outside your door. Waste removal will happen every Monday and Thursday between 10am and 11am. Please make sure you don't leave your waste outside your room outside of these hours.
Laundry credit
Our team will collect and deliver your laundry outside your door (1x load - maximum £20 credit).
