Chapter Spitalfields is centrally located in Zone 1. The nearest stations and bus stops are:
- Liverpool Street station - Central Line, Metropolitan Line, Hammersmith & City line, Circle line, London Overground and connections from Stansted Airport
- Moorgate Underground station - Northern Line, Circle line, Hammersmith & City line and Metropolitan line
- Bus stop L (opposite Liverpool Street Station) - Bus 205 goes to Queen Mary University and UCL, Bus 242 goes to Kings College and University of the Arts
- Bus stop C (outside other Liverpool Street Station entrance) - Bus 153 goes to CASS Business School and City University
- Bus stop R (outside Aldgate station) - Bus 25 goes to London College of Fashion
