Come and press your reset button, stretch out the muscles, improve your posture, lengthen the body and strengthen the mind to find deeper extensions within. This session is designed to sooth the mood and also to give you the recovery that is needed to go that extra mile, whether it’s at your work or in your training. This session will fuse the best elements of dynamic and assisted stretching, PNF, restorative yoga (passive stretches) and meditation to take you into the zone.

Join us in this Pizza making class for all levels of experience and create this wonderful Italian dish from scratch. 
Ingredients: 
  • 500g ‘00’ Flour or Strong White Bread Flour
  • 7g Easy Bake Yeast (or bicarbonate and lemon juice if cannot be found)
  • 10g Fine Salt
  • 5g Sugar
  • 10mL Olive Oil
  • 350mL Warm Water
  • 250g Chopped Tomatoes or Passata
  • 2 Balls Fresh Mozzarella (or grated mozzarella as an alternative)
  • Any toppings of your choice

Space: Ideally a small kitchen space and access to an oven.
