We know your items are precious, and so we offer a range of coverage options. This page should tell you everything you need to know to choose the right coverage over for you.

DO YOU OFFER COVERAGE ON MY ITEMS?

Every box is covered for up to £100 both in transit and also in our storage facility provided it is properly and securely packaged into double walled cardboard boxes and within our weight and size limits. 

We currently do not offer coverage on fragile items – glassware, crockery, TVs, printers, etc. If you are storing fragile items, please make sure they are thoroughly bubble wrapped (multiple layers) and carefully packed to ensure they are safe during transport.

For safety and security, there are some things that you can’t store. Please be careful not to pack any of these, as boxes containing forbidden items are not protected by our coverage.

If you would like to upgrade your cover, you can also order additional coverage when placing your storage order.

For:
  • £100, it’s £500 of coverage per box;
  • £250 per box per month, it’s £1000 of coverage per box.

CAN I TAKE OUT HIGHER ITEM COVERAGE FOR ONE ITEM, BUT NOT THE OTHERS?

If you would like to purchase higher coverage for your items you will need to apply the same level of coverage to all of your items on that order, rather than each box or other item individually.

CAN I CANCEL MY ITEM COVERAGE?

Yes, you can cancel your item coverage within 14 days of placing the order, or at any time before your specified collection date for a full refund.
